This is not a typical group program

At Coulee Health:

  • Small group training (max 6 athletes)
  • Each athlete follows individualized programming
  • Focus on movement quality first, then strength and performance
  • Coaching—not just supervision

Most programs have everyone doing the same workout.

Summer Session Details

Our Athlete Performance Program runs in structured seasonal sessions to allow for consistent progress and measurable results.

Dates:
June 8 – August 28

Training Options:

  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 7:00–8:00 AM
  • Tuesday / Thursday: 8:00–9:00 AM

All sessions are capped at 6 athletes to maintain coaching quality and individualized attention.
